Lacey Hall

Lacey Hall is your run-of-the-mill millennial with a deep seated love of fiction. She lives with her husband and two children in the strange world of Pennsylvania. Writing this series is her second full-time job, but she's hoping that eventually it will turn into her only job.

Lacey wrote her first short story when she was seven on a tiny notepad with a green Sharpie. When she reached twelve, she started writing online with other writers, honing her talent and expanding her creativity and the love of writing with others. In high school, she decided that she wanted to be a writer, but it was so unlikely that it was set on the backburner for over a decade. Now, with the support of her friends and family, she's striving to make that childhood dream a reality.

Lacey was inspired to write this book when she strived to make male love interests that weren't toxic. Once she started writing the story, it turned into so much more than a standalone novel with an asexual female protagonist with a golden retriever love interest. It turned into a whole new world and a several book series.
